UPDATE 11.30am

Outgoing mail server smtp.worthers.com is now back online, so you should be able to send email.  If you still get an error please try restarting your mail program first.
There maybe a small delay on outgoing emails as the server is currently working through a backlog but this should catch up soon

Also to let you know we do also offer an authenticated outgoing mail server option.  This is useful for those who want a more dedicated option for their use as we strictly control the clients who have access to this.  It provides increased security and a small configuration change in your email program.  There is a small cost of £10+VAT per year but can be used for all users on your domain.  Please get in touch if this is of interest to you.

Original incident:

Hi

Following some network maintenance last night in preparation for the move of our servers, a SAN file storage system has failed affecting our outgoing mail server.  This is being worked on now and should be resolved in about 30 minutes.
